The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your culinary adventures. Simply pick up your favorite foods from the nearby Publix. Feel free to message me with any specific questions!

Fire Pit

On the deck upstairs we have a fire pit. You will not need a propane tank. Instead, we have a gas line hooked up with a timer. Instructions for the fire pit can be found in the house manual. You can also click below to see a video of how the gas, timer and fire pit work.

Video Games

In the bonus room on the third floor, you will find two video game consoles for kids. One is a PlayStation, and the other is a Sega Genesis. This video shows how to use both video game consoles.

Beach Canopy

Outside by the front door you will see beach chairs, an igloo cooler, beach toys for kids, as well as a beach canopy tent. It's a unique beach tent, so please watch this video or message me if you have any questions setting it up.

Samsung TV

In the main second floor living room you will see a Samsung Smart TV that also comes with Spectrum cable as well. Watch this video to see how to use the TV and remote.

In the main second floor living room you will see a Samsung Smart TV. On that tv, you also have the ability to watch live shows using the black spectrum remote. You can also tape shows using the DVR feature. Watch this video to see how to use the TV and remote.

Oven with Air Fryer

The stove in the kitchen has a no preheat air fryer. There is also a griddle for your morning pancakes! Click the link to view the user manual for this appliance.

Window AC Units

The bedrooms come with DREO AC window units allowing each person or couple the ability to set the temperature they wish. Temperatures can go into the 60s. Click the link to see the user manual for these units (start at page 26).
